"We are regular visitors to Poole because our son and daughter-in-law live on the harbourside, yet our first stay at this hotel. We so wish we’d stayed here before and will be our hotel of choice going forward. The staff were welcoming and consistently friendly. The room was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished with a nod to the seaside location. Seconds from the harbour. The bed was large and comfortable. The stay was just faultless. Thank you "

Close to poole port

"Room was nice and clean apart from it was a boiling day and we couldnt cool the room down. The roads never stoo mind so be aware of noisy traffic which is to be expected. Lively staff. Very polite. Nice bar and restaurant serving drinks and good food. All in all though i enjoyed my one night stay which was close to the port 15mins away"

Lovely hotel

"Lovely hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good and the bedroom we occupied was comfortable. We had a dog with us and he enjoyed the special attention and treats also. Would definitely stay again."
