Great location

"Excellent location and great views from breakfast which had lots of options and was very enjoyable. However, the air con in the room didn't work well and so it was very hot. We also had to wait a long time at reception for a member of staff to come. There should be someone there all the time to avoid long waits and large queues forming. "
