Friendly, clean and close to shops and restaurants

"This was a very last minute booking, booked at 12.30 arrived at 2.30pm just fancied a change of scenery and somewhere different to shop with my daughter. We experienced the most friendly check in ever from any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was modern, comfy, clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and loads of choice in both the hot and cold buffets. Check out was with a different member of the team but she was also just as lovely and friendly. Can’t remember either name but thank you! We would definitely stay again when in Manchester next 🙂"

Bar service could be better

"Good hotel would stay again. Only down fall bar service, not enough serving on bar to amount of guests. Would have had a couple of more drinks in bar but very slow service when only 2 serving. "

Chilled get away

"Stayed for 5 days 29th July to 2nd August. Hotel is lovely in a nice quiet location. Staff are very friendly and helped with any problems quick and also helped with directions and phoned taxis for us. If we were back in Manchester I would choose to stay here again. "
