"This is a beautiful hotel, right by the gardens and promenades of Eastbourne's main beach. Service is excellent, food is extremely good and bedrooms a very good size, well furnished and with comfortable beds and chairs. The hotel is very dog friendly, with lounge and dining areas where your dog can be with you and there were many dogs there when we stayed. Help for the disabled was particularly good. They have a disabled lift for access to the building, but whilst we were there this wasn't working, so staff met us at the entrance steps, helped us up or down, and took our mobility scooters through the basement and up in the service lift to the ground floor for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There is free disabled parking right opposite the property, and permits are issued for abled drivers just a few yards up the road. A wonderful hotel, and we shall certainly be returning."

"The room was really hot and no way of adjusting Outer windows in need of attention and bathroom grouting loose. Otherwise the room was clean and food good. "
